Midwives all turned up when expected, no waiting around, much nicer than having to travel anywhere so soon after giving birth.

My midwife turned up exactly when she said she would. Was very calm and made me & my husband feel very relaxed. Overall made the experience fantastic and so much better than my hospital birth previously. Can think of no improvements.

Very friendly and fine with having to bring other children- they are catered for! Sonographer on one occasion was having tea break in front of us when we were already 20 mins late - could have at least hidden it.
